Returns & Refunds


 

We want you to love your PEDRO purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Please note that returns are only applicable for regular-price item(s).

2. Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached

3. A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns

4. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

5. If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP

Our return policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in Indonesia, within 30 days*of receiving your order.

Items purchased in physical stores are not eligible for returns.

We recommend you to opt for a shipment method that enables tracking.

Option 1OPTION 1- ONLINE RETURN

1. Create Return Request
 
Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM and view Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM to view your order details under under My Purchases & Returns. Click on "Submit a Return Request". Select the item(s)

you wish to return and state the reason.
 
 
 
2. Arrange for Courier Pickup
 
You will receive an email within 1 to 2 working days on your request status and you may arrange your own courier to return the order.

*Return shipping fee is fully borne by customers and are not refundable.
 
 
 
3. Pack Parcel
 
Pack the item(s) into the original packaging onto your parcel
 
 
 
4. Email Notification
 
You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.
 
Option 1
Return In-Store
Please ensure that the item(s) meet our returns condition before submitting a return request.
 
 
1. Create Return Request
 
Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM to view your order details under My Purchases & Returns. Click on "Submit a Return Request". Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason, as well as return method "In Store Return".

2. Locate your Nearest Store
 
You may return your item(s) at any of our listed stores.
 
 
 
3. Bring Along
 
Your item(s) and invoice included in the delivery package.
 
 
 
4. Retail Staff Assessment
 
Our retail staff will assess the condition of the item and facilitate the returns process.

You will be notified via email once your return(s) has been processed.
 
OPTION 2- PHYSICAL STORE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Free of charge
 
 
1. Create Return Request
 
Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM and view Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM to view your order details underMy Purchases & Returns. Click on "Submit a Return Request". Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason.
 
 
 
2. Visit Our Boutiques
 
Bring your printed invoice or the Return & Exchange form together with the item(s) in its original condition, original packaging, original tags, and tickets to the retail store.

Present your original invoice/receipt together with the item(s) at the retail store.

You will be entitled to return or make an exchange of any item(s).
 
Option 2
Free Parcel Pickup Service
Please ensure that the item(s) meet our returns condition before submitting a return request.
 
 
1. Create Return Request
 
Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM to view your order details under My Purchases & Returns. Click on "Submit a Return Request". Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason, as well as return method "Courier Pick Up“.

2. Arrange for Pickup
 
Selected your preferred date and time slot for the pickup, and submit your return request.
 
 
 
3. Pack Parcel
 
Once the return request is submitted, fill in the return slip and attach it to the returned items. Please pack the item(s) in its original packaging.
 
 
 
You will be notified via email once your return(s) has been processed.
 

To check on your return status, sign in to your account, head to My Account and select My Purchases & Returns.

Your return status is reflected next to your Returns Request number

In Progress Your returns request has been received
Rejected Your returns request has been denied
Completed Your returns request has been resolved

Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy.

After the return has been approved, it may takes up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges (If any) from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to defects or wrong item shipped.

We seek your understanding with delays to your refund caused by special events (e.g. online sales)

To be eligible for exchange, do inform customer service via email or Whatsapp. The exchange policy is within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Please make sure the item(s) is regular priced product, in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.

- Customers will be notified via whatsapp or email once your return parcel reaches us. Further instructions will be provided in the email

- A final inspection will be done to ensure the item(s) is in its original condition before processing your exchange

- Exchanged item can also be done at the nearest PEDRO Indonesia store by submitting the receipt for the purchased item.

1. PEDRO reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges (“Returns”). You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected item(s) to you.

2. All risks in shipping the item(s) to PEDRO shall be borne by you. PEDRO shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.

3. Should your preferred refund method not be indicated during the Returns process, you shall be refunded by your original payment method.

4. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.

5. PEDRO shall not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.

6. Our Returns policies does not cover item(s) used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by PEDRO, or if the item(s) has been modified in a manner not authorised by PEDRO

7. PEDRO makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

8.All Returns are at all times governed by Indonesia law. PEDRO and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts.

9. PEDRO's decisions on Returns are final.
